AEV TYPE I
At ARV, we offer countless ways to build an ambulance that will cater to your crew’s needs, exceed safety standards and answer the community’s call. Here, the only way you’ll find two ambulances alike is if you ask for it.
When you need a Type I ambulance truck to add to your fire or emergency fleet, trust AEV, one of the most well-oiled machines in the industry. Here, one-of-a-kind starts with the details that matter.
We partner with only the best Type I ambulance chassis manufacturers to deliver one of the most dependable emergency vehicles, made to protect and serve time and time again. Choose from a Ford, Dodge, or Chevy chassis.
AEV TYPE II
There’s a reason AEV builds the most Sprinter ambulances in the U.S., and it all starts with AEV’s meticulous manufacturing processes. As a trusted partner and a preferred up-fitter of Mercedes-Benz, AEV delivers the industries most dependable Type II ambulances.
REMARKABLE LEAD TIMES
We understand that many of our Type II fleet owners have a business to run, and that downtime equals lost time and profit. At AEV, we offer some of the fastest lead times in the Type II ambulance industry. Like you, we’re swift to answer the call.
Ideal for narrow city streets and efficient fuel consumption, AEV’s Type II ambulance lineup is well suited for commercial emergency transport. Choose from the Sprinter 2500, the Chevy GM 3500 or the Ford Transit 250/350 ambulance chassis.
A CERTIFIED FAVORITE
Certified and preferred, AEV’s meticulous manufacturing operations make it a favorite among Type III ambulance customers. Whether you’re looking for a 148” model or 172” ambulance, AEV is able to customize any Ford, Chevy or Sprinter ambulance to meet your needs, while matching Ford QVM, Chevy SVP and Mercedes’ preferred up-fitter standards
There are industry standards, and then there’s AEV. While this statement applies to the way we build emergency vehicles, it also pertains to the value we pack into every Type III ambulance.
AEV TYPE III
Available in varying lengths and five ambulance chassis types to choose from, the AEV Type III ambulance lineup is one of the industry’s most versatile — not to mention most well-crafted.
Industry Leading Features
The ZeroRPM Idle Mitigation System
Your EMTs are never off-duty and neither is their ambulance. Always on call, your fleet is often idling all day and all night to keep vital equipment protected: HVAC, interior/exterior lighting, communications equipment, electrical systems; including batteries, chargers, narcotics, temperature-controlled compartments, life-support systems, and more. That’s why departments choose ZeroRPM, because when every second counts, an ambulance crew must always be ready to go.
With ZeroRPM, ambulance owners will see a decrease in fuel consumption, a reduction in CO2 emissions, and a decline in their vehicle operating costs. Designed to alleviate the expenses and complications that come from constantly running an ambulance’s engine, use of the ZeroRPM Idle Mitigation System (IMS) results in less risk to the environment and personal health. You’ll also see an extension of the ambulance’s chassis life, which means ZeroRPM is a win-win for patients, crews, and your entire ambulance fleet.Learn More
